HTC Touch Diamond Apple Iphone Rematch?

HTC is the first company to join the game that the Apple Iphone started. The HTC Touch Diamond was unveiled in London to the public and there has been a lot of buzz about this new cell phone. The HTC Touch Diamond is the first company to enter the battle field against the almighty Apple Iphone. What is the big deal you ask? This could be history repeating itself. Let me explain.

Apple right now is king in the cell phone internet market. They have the only user friendly device on the market which we all know is the Apple Iphone. Back in the 1970’s and 1980’s Apple was making money hand over fist when they came out with products like the commodore 64 computer. They were pretty much printing their own money with sales going thru the roof. The money tap finally dried up when todays giant Microsoft introduced us with a computer operating system called Windows. Apple has been on life support with the internet market ever since.

Fast forward to todays market. Now we have the HTC Touch Diamond release with a lot of the same features, feel and look as the Apple Iphone. The HTC Touch Diamond is a cellphone and internet gadget with touchscreen capabilities. The reason everyone wants a Apple Iphone is because of the internet option. Yes it is a phone but a phone is a dime a dozen. It all lies in the internet option. Apple has been printing money ever since they released the Iphone back in 2007 and has not had any competition. They enjoyed a worldwide monopoly for a whole year so far. It looks like HTC Touch Diamond is about to take their own printing plates out with their own phone release. The great thing about Apple and HTC is the underlining debate that we already lived through before and saw a winner emerge, or did we?

Apple versus Microsoft rematch? We all remember when Microsoft Windows became a mainstay in the desktop and laptop computers of today. Back then Apple faltered and lost when it realized that Microsoft Windows was the operating system of choice. Today Apple has its very stable Safari browser which the Iphone and Ipod Touch uses. HTC uses Microsoft Windows mobile software to surf the net. Both the HTC Touch Diamond and Apple Iphone cell phone or should I say internet devices can make a case for everyone to use their device. Only time will tell if we are to become a Apple world or a Microsoft world.

Notebooks enable wireless internet access through Wi-Fi enabled hotspots and their portability adds to their major advantage. The battery backup of the notebook computer allows its usage even without dedicated power-supply. All notebooks use LCD (Liquid Crystal Display) screens which are better and brighter in viewing. Notebooks have combined host of features like finger print reading for security issues, inbuilt camera for chats and taking photos, DVD combo drive for playing all types of file formats and much more.

There are different kinds of Laptop computers available to suit varied requirements. There are the basic desktop replacement notebooks which have a large screen display with loaded features. There are gaming notebooks which are configured for hi-end games. There are designing applications based notebooks, tablet notebooks for easier portability and the low budget student notebooks.
